Writing about your past experiences will help you understand what went wrong and how to move forward. Understanding the defining moments of your relationship from the past can help illuminate your present challenges, and make it easier to find a path for changing the relationship.
You will be presented with information explaining how writing can help you heal and how to approach the exercise. Then we guide you through defining and describing different periods of your past relationship and highlighting the most meaningful experiences from each period.
